When you use the enquiry form, we collect your enquiry type, full name, email address, optional LinkedIn profile and message. If you share a résumé by email, we may also receive employment history, qualifications and professional experience. Online résumé upload is not currently enabled. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details or sensitive health information.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand hiring requirements and discuss relevant career opportunities. If we wish to retain professional information for future searches, we should explain that purpose and respect your preferences.
Service providers and sharing
Our website and text enquiry form use Framer. The form is configured to send enquiries to matthew@clark-jones.com; delivery must be tested before launch. The email service provider also needs to be documented. If Tally résumé uploads are connected, this notice must be updated to describe that processing before files are collected. Candidate information should not be shared with a prospective employer without first discussing the opportunity and obtaining appropriate permission.
Retention and security
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the stated purposes and any applicable legal requirements. Retention periods, deletion procedures, access controls and service-provider storage arrangements must be confirmed before this notice is published. No website or email service can guarantee that all transmission or storage risks are eliminated.
